From al-Diwaniyah, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, accompanies the crowds of visitors on their way on foot towards sacred Karbala to commemorate the 40th day of Ashura, on Wednesday, December 18, 2013.
