While Checking on the Mourning Convoys, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim: Al Hussein is a vision, an approach and the flame of life

The Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, stressed the importance of holding Husseini rituals, praising the journey made by millions of people from different Iraqi regions and Muslim countries. His Eminence explained that this great attendance has not and will not be prevented by the threats of enemies and terrorists, not in the time of tanks and warplanes, not in the times of terrorism and explosive belts, highlighting the need to preserve Husseini rituals for through them Imam Hussein’s project is maintained. This came when His Eminence was checking on the mourning convoys in Karbala, on Sunday, 22/12/2013.
His Eminence praised the Husseini convoys and their indescribable generosity in serving visitors, praying the Almighty to preserve them and bestows good upon them for serving the visitors of Hussein.
His Eminence also commended the role of security men who, in the past time of dictatorship, used to prevent people from doing the visits, but who have become today, with the democratic regime, servants for the visitors, which is a great blessing.
Furthermore, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim explained that Hussein is an approach, a vision and the flame of life and called upon people to hold on to him and to his project. His Eminence also underlined the importance of participating in the coming elections and choosing the best fit as assured by the religious authority. He finally called to hold on to the religious authority and the path of scholars.
It should be mentioned that His Eminence has visited the convoys of Al Qatif, Al Ahsa, Dhi Qar, Tuz Khormato and many Husseini service convoys.
