    In his Meeting with the Sheikhs and Leaders of the Khafaja Tribe, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Describes the Coming Elections as Decisive and Calls upon Everyone to Participate

     
    The head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, described the coming elections as decisive and called upon all Iraqi citizens to participate and vote for the party capable of serving the people, asserting the country’s need for a clear vision and a coherent team to advance Iraq.
    This came when His Eminence received the Emir and sheikhs of the Khafaja tribe throughout Iraq in his Baghdad office on Tuesday, January 7, 2014.
    His Eminence highlighted that the Iraqi project will survive and that the coming future will see good things happening, praising the role of Iraqi tribes, which were one of the cornerstones to help preserve Islam and the project in this country. He urged the leaders of tribes to encourage the people to participate in the coming elections, explaining that Iraqis were an example of patience and commitment to the project in the last Arba’een visit which hosted more than twenty million visitors. His Eminence commended the positions of the Khafaja tribes in defending Iraq, Islam and the followers of Ahl Al Bayt (AS).
