Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Receives the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs Delegation
The Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, received in his office in Baghdad on Tuesday, 25/2/2014, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs Delegation chaired by Jean-Francois Giraud, the Director of the Department on the Middle East and North Africa and Mrs. Stephanie Dubien, in charge of Iraqi affairs in the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, accompanied by His Excellency, French Ambassador to Baghdad Denis Gauer.
The attendees discussed in the meeting the bilateral relations, as well as the political and security developments in the country and the situation in the region. They also stressed the importance of reinforcing the relations between Iraq and France in different areas.
