The head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, stressed the need to grant disabled persons their rights and benefit from their capacities, adding that disability exists at the level of ethics not at the level of the body and indicating that disabled persons constitute a significant group with a lot of potential.
This came when his eminence was meeting with a group of persons with special needs in his office in Baghdad, on Monday, March 31, 2014.
His eminence assured that the solution to the Iraqi crisis is to choose a harmonious and competent team, highlighting the importance of a developing a clear and strategic vision for building the country. His eminence finally stated that the crisis of Iraq is an administrative one at all levels.
