This came when the head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, was receiving in his Baghdad office on Tuesday, May 13, 2014, his Excellency the ambassador of Italy to Iraq, Massimo Maruti.
His eminence highlighted the importance of strengthening the relations between the two countries in different areas, stating that the stability of Iraq reflects positively on the security and stability of the region.
