    In his Meeting with the Representatives of Al Muwattin Movement at the New Council of Representatives, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Reiterates the Communication with the National Parties and the Consolidation of the National Alliance


    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, said the communication with the national parties, the consolidation of the national alliance and the focus on the agreement mechanism within the alliance are the main components to run and build the new Iraq, maintaining that the national alliance is a great necessity that must be supported and reinforced and that efforts are being made to turn it into an institution that makes effective decisions. He also renewed the call to form a government with harmonious team and clear vision shared by the main powers who won at the elections.
    This came during a meeting held between Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim in his office in Baghdad on May 29, 2014 and the new members of Al Muwattin movement who won at the last parliamentary elections. 
    Moreover, his Eminence called on the members of Al Muwattin movement to communicate with their citizens and to ensure the application of the platforms of the movement in all Iraqi regions and provinces.
