    Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Calls Political Leaders to Discuss Repercussions of the Security Crisis in Ninawa


    Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, made several calls to the political leaders in Iraq to discuss the security situation in Ninawa and its repercussions on the rest of the regions, on Tuesday, June 10, 2014.
    His eminence called Prime Minister Nouri Al Maliki, Vice-President Khodair Al Khozaei, Dr. Ibrahim Al Jaafari, head of the national alliance, Sayyid Moqtada Al Sadr, Mr. Massoud Al Barzani, president of the Kurdistan region, Mrs. Hero Khan, Dr. Barham Saleh, Mr. Kosrat Rasul, Nawshirwan Mustafa, the speaker of parliament Ussama Al Nujayfi, Deputy Prime Minister Saleh Al Mutlaq and the head of Hal Bloc Jamal Al Karbouli.
    His eminence called on everyone to join efforts in order to get the country out of its current crisis as soon as possible, urging all political, religious and tribal forces to assume their responsibilities for the sake of the country and the citizens.
