    During his Meeting with the Saladin Provincial Council Chairman, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Stresses the Need to Support the Security Forces and Rescue the Displaced

     
    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed the need to support the security forces in countering the terrorist gangs to clear the Iraqi land from Daesh bandits and other criminal armed groups, as well as the importance to rescue the displaced and provide them with the necessary aids.
    This came during a meeting held between his Eminence in his office in Baghdad on June 21, 2014 and the Saladin Provincial Council Chairman, Mr. Ahmad Abdel Jabbar Al Korayem.
    For his part,  Al Korayem briefed his Eminence on the situation in Saladin province and the efforts made by the provincial council and the zealous tribes of the province to support the security forces in order to expulse the terrorist groups, maintain security and enforce law from one hand, and deliver the necessary supplies and food to the displaced from the other.
