Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Stresses the Need to Support Iraq in its War Against Terrorism
Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed the need to support Iraq in its war against terrorism. This came when his eminence was meeting the ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Ms. Britta Wagner, on the occasion of the end of her mission in Iraq, on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 in his office in Baghdad.
The two sides discussed the latest political and security developments in Iraq as well the means of support provided by the European Union countries to Iraq. His eminence highlighted in this regard the need for everyone to join efforts in order to eradicate the plague of terrorism.
