On the Seventh Ramadan Evening Gathering, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Says Those Who Do Injustice, Who Support Injustice and Who Remain Silent about Injustice Are All Accomplices in the Injustice

Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim said those who do injustice, who support injustice and who remain silent about injustice are all accomplices in the injustice, stressing the necessity of rejecting the acts of injustice and not accepting them or be pleased with them. He added that one must fight the injustice.
This came in the speech delivered by the head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq at the sixth Ramadan evening gathering held at his office in Baghdad on Saturday, July 5, 2014.
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim said it is important that one decides and intends not inflict injustice on or attack anyone, pointing out to the Hadith, "Whoever starts a new day with the intention of not doing injustice to anyone will have all his sins of the that day forgiven by Allah". He explained that Allah the Almighty forgives some unintentional transgressions unless someone is killed or money is gained unlawfully, expressing his resentment against the criminal acts of the extremists and terrorists such as killing the souls Allah forbid to be killed for trivial reasons unrestrained by any moral or human prohibition.
His Eminence also criticized the justifications and excuses launched by some flatterers and sycophants who justify the injustice of the wrongdoers, quoting Jaafar Sadiq (AS), "Whoever excuses the injustice of a wrongdoer will be subject to injustice and Allah would not answer their prayers". He made clear that the wrongdoers are surrounded by people who applaud and flatter their wrongdoing and serve as their mouthpieces justifying their mistakes. He said whoever justifies the acts of the wrongdoer and advocates unrighteous cause, Allah will punish them by making them preys to the wrongdoer and being victims of that wrongdoer, they pray to Allah but their prayers are not answered.
