Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Meets Former President Jalal Talbani and Wishes Him Good Health and Wellness
Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, met on Monday July 28, 2014 the former president of the republic Mr. Jalal Talbani at the latter’s residence in Sulaimanya. His eminence congratulated his Excellency for his safe homecoming after his treatment trip to Germany, congratulating him and the Iraqi people on the Eid Al Fitr.
His eminence also praised the role played by Mr. Talbani in reconciling the viewpoints of political parties. It should be mentioned that his eminence was accompanied, in his visit to Mr. Talbani, with a delegation consisting of the vice-president Adel Abdel Mehdi, the head of the citizen bloc Mr. Baker Al Zubaydi and Sheikh Mohammad Taki al Mawla.
