Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Receives Well-Wishers on the Occasion of Eid Al Fitr
The head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, received in his office in Baghdad, on Tuesday July 29, 2014, evening after the prayer of Eid Al Fitr, the special representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Iraq, Mr. Nickolay Mladenov and large crowds of citizens who came to salute him and wish him a blessed Fitr.
His eminence also received Iraqi Army Chief Lt. General Babakir Zebari, Sattar Jabbar Hilo, chief of the Sabian Mandaean community in Iraq and the governor of Kut Mr. Mahmoud Al Mulla Talal.
His eminence received as well in his office yesterday a group of officials, tribe leaders, scholars, officers from the ministries of interior, defense and national security, members of provincial councils and citizens, all wishing him a blessed Eid.
