Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received in his office in Baghdad on Saturday, August 16, 2014, the head of Iraqi Front for National Dialogue, Dr. Saleh Al Mutlaq.
The two sides discussed ways to form the government. In this regards, his eminence stressed the need to form a cabinet that comprises a strong, homogeneous and competent team, highlighting the importance of supporting the displaced and relieving their suffering.
For his part, Al Mutlaq affirmed that his views are aligned with those of his eminence in terms of forming a government out of a competent, homogeneous and widely accepted team. Al Mutlaq also informed his eminence of the work of the committee he’s heading to follow up on the issue of the displaced.
