Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, called on the ministries and institutions concerned to give all kinds of support and assistance to the citizens of Duluhiya in their heroic resistance against the criminal ISIS gangs, while praising the support and assistance provided by the Iraqi people and the zealous tribesmen in middle and south Iraq and their fight along with their brothers from Duluhiya to protect their city.
    This came during a meeting between Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at his office in Baghdad, and a delegation from Duluhiya.
    The delegation praised the attitudes of Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim in defending the causes of the Iraqi people of all sects and components, calling on the security forces to quickly lift the siege on Duluhiya and to provide humanitarian services to its besieged citizens as they fight intrepidly for their city and dignity.
