During a Visit to the Wounded Peshmerga Members in Erbil, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Praises the Role of the Peshmerga, Iraqi Army and Popular Gathering in Facing Terrorism
Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, praised the role and persistence of the Peshmerga forces, the Iraqi army and popular gathering in facing the takifir terrorist thinking that ISIS represents.
This came during his visit on Monday, September 22, 2014, to the wounded officers and soldiers of the Peshmerga forces in a hospital in Ervil. His eminence expressed his support to the wounded and wished them a quick recovery. He also gave them bouquets of roses as an expression of his appreciation of their great efforts in defending the country. For their part, the wounded officers and soldiers expressed their determination to confront the dark thought, even if it means sacrificing everything to defend their precious country.
