In a Meeting with a Delegation of the Leaders and Sheikhs of Tal Afar Tribes, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Says the Nations Can only Be Built with Challenges and Difficulties
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, said the nations can only be built with challenges and difficulties for they strengthen their children and make them more powerful than before. In a meeting with a delegation of the leaders and sheikhs of Tal Afar tribes led by Sheikh Muhammad Taqi al-Mawla held at his office in Baghdad on Sunday, September 28, 2014, his Eminence praised the efforts, patience and sacrifices of Tal Afar citizens and their confrontation of the apostasy and corruption forces of the ISIS and of those who stand by them. According to him, this has to be another reason for why we should fulfill our duty to the citizens of Tal Afar and those of other provinces and cities who have been under attack by terrorism such as Mosul, Saladin and Kirkuk. His Eminence also evaluated the cooperation and solidarity between the local minorities in their confrontation and during the displacements from some of the Mosul regions, considering the aids provided to the displaced citizens of Tal Afar and others as temporary solutions that are incomparable to the dire need of the displaced families to return to their hometowns and which can only be achieved through concrete victories against the terrorists and their expulsion from the cities.
