Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed the need to harness the executive positions for the good of the citizens and of the nation, saying it's important to implement the government  program and to pass as soon as possible the laws that serve the citizens. He considered the government program as reassuring for everybody, calling on the members of the Martyr of the Niche movement who hold executive positions to approach the citizens, as well as their concerns and problems.
This came during the enlarged central shura meeting presided over by his Eminence at his office in Baghdad on Monday, September 29, 2014.
