Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Insists on Implementing the Platform of the Citizen’s Coalition for the Provinces with Available Capacities
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, assured that the Citizen’s Coalition has provided an integrated platform for each local government in the Iraqi provinces based on a clear vision that has diagnosed the needs and priorities. He called to implement the platforms with the available capacities, praising the efforts made by the Citizen’s Bloc to ensure services for the people despite the pending budget ratification.
This came when his eminence was heading a meeting for the heads of the Citizen’s Bloc in the provincial council held at his office on Monday, September 29, 2014.
His eminence finally called on the members of the Bloc to be present in the field to be able to serve the people and solve their problems, stressing the need to provide care to the volunteers of the popular rally and to the displaced families.
