Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, said the ISIS constitutes a danger not only to Iraq, but also to the world security and peace, stressing the importance of facing the ISIS with too much seriousness.
This came during a meeting held between his Eminence, on October 14, 2014 at his office in Baghdad, and the deputy national security advisor, Tony Blinken.
