Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Receives Iraq Alliance Delegation Headed by Sheikh Abbas Al Chamri
Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received in his office in Baghdad on Monday, October 20, 2014, the Iraq Alliance delegation headed by Sheikh Abbas Al Chamri.
The two sides discussed the developments of the political process following the formation of the national unity government, as well as the security developments and support provided to security apparatuses in their fight against ISIS. His eminence stressed the need to maintain unity in the confrontation with ISIS, which is threatening everyone.
For its part, the Iraq Alliance lauded Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim’s positions, indicating that there will be a collaboration in the coming days between the Iraq Alliance and the National Alliance to advance the Iraqi project.
It is worth mentioning that the delegation included the minister of environment, Qatiba Al Jobbouri who assured that harmony and team spirit are dominating over the council of ministers.
