In The First Night of Muharram… Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Stresses That Hussein’s Message Is Not A Message Of Weakness, Yet A Message Of Life and Vigor, Fighting Corruption And Oppressors

Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed that Hussein’s cause is not temporary, or just historical; yet it’s a message of life and vigor, fighting corruption and oppressors, noting that Hussein’s cause is developmental and an access to create an important movement in our nation. His Eminence stressed the importance to cry on Hussein (PBUH), pointing out to the grace of crying by referring to tens of stories talking about the remuneration of crying on Hussein (PBUH), praising the youth’s fulfillment of Marja’ call, while affirming that the displaced people will return to their homes.
This came in the first night of Muharram in his Eminence’s office in Baghdad, on October 25, 2014.

His Eminence pointed out that crying has moral and spiritual aspects, through which Ahlul Beit (P) kept their followers, showing that the nation that diagnoses the right cannot be defeated.
