Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, insisted on providing the best services to Iraqi citizens, calling to implement the citizens’ platform with the available capacities and praising in the same time the Citizen Bloc’s efforts in ensuring the services despite the non-ratification of the budget.
This came when his eminence was presiding over the meeting of the heads and members of the Citizen Bloc in local governments in his office in Baghdad on Monday, November 10, 2014.
His eminence called to communicate with the remaining political parties and to make the service of people the basis of competition, insisting on granting local governments their full mandates.
