During a Meeting with the Minister of Trade, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Stresses the Importance of Advancing the Ministry's Performance and of Providing the Citizens with the Ration Card
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received on Saturday, November 15, 2014 in his office in Baghdad the Minister of Trade, Mr. Mallas Mohammed Abdul Karim al-Kasnazani.
His Eminence has stressed the importance of advancing the performance of the Iraqi Ministry of Trade, as well as the necessity to provide the Iraqi citizens with the ration card and to improve its items.
For his part, al-Kasnazani said he has listened to Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim viewpoint about the ministry's performance and on how to improve it and to fight corruption, confirming that the ration card won't be affected by the financial situation in Iraq and that providing it to the citizens is a priority of the ministry and the government. He added that there would be clear improvement in the next stage after removal of the obstacles.
