Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received the new French Ambassador to Iraq Francois Bartley in his office in Baghdad on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, and discussed with him the security and political developments in Iraq as well as the successes achieved by Iraqi diplomacy in opening to the world states, and to the neighboring countries in particular. His eminence assured to Ambassador Bartley that the security forces have accomplished great successes in freeing the regions, getting ahold of the land and fiercely confronting the terrorist gangs, but they need more logistical and intelligence support, as well as regional support in their work.
