The Participation of the Other Islamic Denominations and Religions in the Service of Hussain’s Visitors Shows the Human Aspect of Hussain’s Project

Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, said the participation of the other Islamic denominations and religions in the Arba’een gathering at the burial site of Imam Hussain (AS) and their competitiveness in holding processions to serve the visitors show the human aspect of Hussain’s project and that his cause was that of men everywhere.
This came during his participation with the citizens of Dhi Qar, Souk al Shuyoukh district in the procession towards Karbala to commemorate the Arba’een on Sunday,  30/11/2014.
His Eminence said Hussain’s project implies important messages, including justice and equality, and it is the project that will take Iraq to a safe shore, recalling the motto of Hussain, “a person like me can never pay allegiance to a person like him”, where he spread right and equality. He also showed that Hussain caused the people to be united, calling on everyone to be like Hussain and to extend their hands to the other partners.
