Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Visits Imam Ali (AS) National Model Schools in Baghdad
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, visited Imam Ali (AS) National Model Schools in Baghdad on Sunday, January 11, 2015.
During the visit, his Eminence met with the cadre of teachers and students, and took an idea of the education and teaching process with these schools, as well as the students’ activities in the different majors. His Eminence called on the cadre of teachers and the students to make efforts to enhance the knowledge and the sciences so as to reach excellence that makes Iraq occupy its prominent, top place among the world countries.
He also took an idea of the events the students performed, such as reading Quran, computer, painting, decoration, poetry, in addition to a theatrical show where the students presented a creative, excellent performance.
