Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Receives the British Ambassador and Discussed with him the Bilateral Relations between Both Countries
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received in his office in Baghdad, on Thursday, January 15th, 2015, the British Ambassador Frank Baker.
His eminence discussed with Baker the developments of the political situation in the region and the support of the international coalition for Iraq against ISIS, stressing that Iraqis are able to liberate their land, citing the triumphs achieved by the security forces, the popular crowd and the Peshmerga in Baiji, Jarf el-Nasr and Amerli.
