During his Meeting with Wasit Governor, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Stresses the Importance of Serving the People by Implementing the Citizen Alliance’s Platform with the Available Means
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received on Tuesday, 3/2/2015 at his office in Baghdad, Wasit governor, Eng. Malik Khalaf and the delegation of the Citizen Alliance in Kut provincial council.
His Eminence reiterated the need of offering the best services to Wasit citizens and of exploiting the province’s oil and agricultural resources and geographic location, calling on the governor to serve all the province’s citizens and regions and to communicate with all political parties without exception, pointing to the importance of completing the projects the ex-governor has already started and to implement the Citizen Alliance’s platform with the available means.
For his part, the governor showed the importance of meeting with Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim and of listening to his visions, stressing the importance of serving the citizens and considering all the instructions of Sayyid al-Hakim concerning the services and the communication with the political parties and of getting to the field, assuring that he would complete the projects the ex-governor has already started and that he is determined to succeed and to develop Wasit province.
