    The Governor of Diyala Briefed Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim about the Efforts Made to Bring Back the Displaced People and to Reconstruct the Province after Clearing It from Terrorism


        Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received on Thursday, 19/2/2015 at his office in Baghdad the governor of Diyala, Amer Al Majmai. He stressed on the importance of providing care to the displaced people and of bringing them back to their home without allowing ISIS to return to the province, praising the efforts of the popular crowd, the members of the security forces and the Peshmerga in driving terrorism out of Diyala and declaring it a terrorism-free city.
        According to Mr. Majmi, he showed his Eminence the mechanism of how to bring back the displaced people and reconstruct the city, and he called on his Eminence to be the first figure to visit the province, stating that the local government tries to get the support of the federal government in the dossiers attributed to it.
