Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with the Italian Ambassador, His Excellency Mr. Maurizio Greganti, on 13/11/2023. His Eminence urged for an instant halt to the conflict in Gaza and advocated for the establishment of pathways to facilitate aid delivery and ensure essential living provisions. H.E. stressed the global community's duty in addressing the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Additionally, the significance of eliminating dual standards in handling human rights, freedom of expression, and the safeguarding of civilians was highlighted. Furthermore, during the meeting, H.E. discussions focused on exploring avenues to strengthen the ties between Baghdad and Rome, fostering mutual interests between the two countries.
