Sayyid Al-Hakeem calls to exchange expertise between Iraq and Australia
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with Ms. Paula Elizabeth Ganly, the Australian Ambassador to Baghdad on 22/11/2023, on the occasion of the end of her mission to Iraq. And lauded the role she played in heading her country’s mission in Iraq. His Eminence wished her luck in her upcoming assignment and success and luck for her successor.
H.E. affirmed the importance of strengthening the relationship between Iraq and Australia, as well as the importance of exchanging expertise and benefiting from the Australian experience in agriculture and managing water resources.
Regarding the political scene developments, H.E. affirmed the importance of preserving the achieved stability on all levels and held everyone responsible for it.
Regarding the Palestinian issue, H.E. affirmed the importance of building on the temporary truce to go to a comprehensive ceasefire. H.E. also reiterated his call to have a way for aid to enter, rebuild the city, and help the displaced.
