In the embrace of the blessed month of Ramadan, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with a group of elders and dignitaries from Al-Karrada Al-Sharqiya at Husseiniyat (Mosque) Abdul Rasoul Ali, extending his greetings to them for the remaining days of the holy month and calling for mercy and liberation from the fires.
H.E. recalled the bond that united him with them in important historical moments, praising the role of Al-Karrada families in confronting dictatorship and building the new Iraq, affirming that Al-Karrada is a significant milestone in Islamic enlightenment, from which hundreds of scholars have embarked on their educational and intellectual journey.
H.E. emphasized that Iraq's history and influence have made it a target, recalling the devastating bombings it has endured, including the tragic bombing of Al-Karrada that occurred around this time.
H.E. explained that Iraq has faced challenges that have contributed to changing its reality into a positive one, clarifying that Iraq, in the eyes of others, differs from the perspective of its people immersed in the details.
H.E. also recalled Jerusalem Day and the suffering of our people in Gaza, indicating that this suffering will eventually turn into a tale of victory for the people of Gaza.
