Sayyid Al-Hakeem noted Iraq’s unprecedented stability, achieved through the sacrifices and solidarity of its people from all components, with support from international community friends, and emphasized the need to preserve this stability for its positive impact on both regional and global security.
Sayyid Al-Hakeem also highlighted the significance of broad, active, and informed participation in the upcoming elections, describing them as a defining moment in a critical chapter of Iraq’s and the region’s history that will lay the future’s foundation. Additionally, His Eminence underscored the importance of ensuring electoral security and protecting the rights of voters and candidates to participate freely in a democratic electoral process.
