Sayyid Al-Hakeem Meets Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, Discusses Regional Challenges, Bilateral Relations
As part of his visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met with Iranian President Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian. Their talks addressed the broad challenges facing the region as well as the state of relations between Iraq and Iran.
Sayyid Al-Hakeem emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation across various fields in ways that serve the interests of both neighboring nations. H.E. also underscored the need for dialogue and mutual understanding as a means to resolve regional crises and promote stability.
The meeting further included an exchange of views on several issues of common concern, particularly in light of regional and international developments that call for closer coordination among the countries of the region.
