Sayyid Al-Hakeem from Baghdad Stresses Preserving Diyala’s Diversity, Stability
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met in his Baghdad office with a group of sheiks and dignitaries from Al-Sumaida’i clan of Diyala province. After listening to their remarks, His Eminence highlighted the long-standing ties with the people of Diyala, particularly with this respected clan, affirming the depth of Iraq’s social bonds and the need to sustain them.
H.E. reiterated the importance of safeguarding the political, social, and security stability achieved through the sacrifices of Iraqis from all components, stressing that maintaining and strengthening this stability is a shared responsibility.
H.E. further noted that Diyala represents a miniature Iraq due to the diversity of its communities, underscoring the need for continued efforts to protect this diversity and manage it correctly.
