Sayyid Al-Hakeem Meets Al-Diwaniya Governor, Affirms Service Reality Enhancement, Enable Local Governments, Diversify Revenue Sources
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, received this morning in his office the Governor of Diwaniyah Province, Mr. Abbas Al-Zamili. The meeting reviewed the current state of services in the province and explored ways to enhance them in line with the aspirations of its residents.
His Eminence reaffirmed the need to grant local governments their full constitutional and legal authorities, along with their complete financial entitlements, urging provinces to diversify revenue streams and actively attract investment. H.E. also underscored the importance of engaging with universities and academic expertise, as well as fostering coordination with provincial councils and federal ministries to achieve sustainable and comprehensive development.
