Sayyid Al-Hakeem Affirms Coordination Framework Unity, Calls for Effective Government Formation, Dialogue to Resolve Regional Crises with Badr MP
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, met this morning with a number of Members of Parliament from Badr bloc, led by the head of the bloc, Mr. Hammam Al-Tamimi, in the presence of several MPs from Hikma Parliamentary bloc.
His Eminence commended the cooperation among MPs affiliated with Shaheed Al-Mihrab movement and its legacy of sacrifice and giving, and discussed with them the process of forming the next government and ways to enable it to fulfill its constitutional and legal responsibilities toward the Iraqi people and their aspirations.
H.E.Sayyid Al-Hakeem affirmed the unity of the Coordination Framework, noting that differences in viewpoints remain within its umbrella and reference, and explained that the Framework has presented an important political model in supporting the path of Hikma and in shaping positions within the State Administration Coalition, to the point that it has become a model for other respected political powers.
H.E. also addressed the nature of developments across the region and the ongoing war against the Islamic Republic of Iran, stressing the importance of moving beyond a ceasefire toward a complete end to the war and the restoration of stability and harmony in the region. H.E. emphasized the need to adopt dialogue and bring perspectives closer among all parties, underscoring Iraq’s important role within the regional and international equation.
