Sayyid Al-Hakeem Affirms Ensuring Justice for Faili Kurds Importance, Safeguards Constitutional Rights
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, received at his office in Baghdad the President of the Iraqi Alliance for Faili Kurds, Sheikh Asadullah Al-Faili, and discussed with him developments in the political situation, the reality faced by the Faili Kurds, and ways to attain their legitimate rights.
H.E. noted that the Faili component has been targeted twice; once for its ethnic affiliation, and once for its sectarian affiliation, calling for justice to be ensured for this segment of society and for its constitutional rights and political representation in both the legislative and executive branches to be safeguarded.
