Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Transport Ministry Direct Contact With Citizens, Developing Performance Priority
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, received His Excellency the Minister of Transport, Mr. Wahab Al-Husseini, and discussed with him the state of transport in Iraq and the activation of strategic projects, as H.E. stressed the importance of the Development Road as a vital artery making Iraq a link between East and West.
Sayyid Al-Hakeem called for attention to be given to the Ministry of Transport's facilities, such as ports and airports, noting that the Ministry of Transport is in direct contact with citizens, which requires developing its performance, introducing e-government, and establishing productive partnership with the private sector, while stressing the importance of developing public garages and giving attention to domestic transport.
