H.E. pointed to the personal traits of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH), and how he made use of the available means to spread Islam and enter Mecca as a conqueror without confrontation, calling for patience and the suppression of anger, along with the importance of clarifying and explaining the nature of Al-Hikma National Movement's project.
H.E. addressed the scope of Al-Hikma Movement's field influence and its presence across the governorates and major organizational events, noting that the scale of targeting is proportional to the scale of influence, describing the approach of patience as an approach of strength, and stressing the importance of pride in the project, its leaders, and its symbols, as well as the shift from expansion to influence, citing the biography of Shaheed Al-Mihrab (may Allah sanctify his secret) and how he dealt with campaigns of targeting and disruption.
H.E. stressed the importance of empowering competent, active, and influential figures, along with the importance of highlighting the Movement's identity, engaging directly in the field, giving attention to Iraqi tribes, and providing services to citizens, noting the importance of consolidating weapons under state authority, and handing over weapons to the Popular Mobilization Forces through dialogue and understanding.
H.E. also stressed the importance of sustaining the anti-corruption campaign and recovering public funds without selectivity, along with the importance of focusing on major files.
