Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Diversifying Security, Military Forces’ Armament Sources Boosts Defensive Readiness
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, received at H.E.’s office in Baghdad the Commander of Baghdad Operations Command, Staff Major General Hadi Al-Kinani. During the meeting, congratulations were exchanged on the occasion of National Sovereignty Day and the end of the International Coalition’s mission to combat ISIS, with H.E. stressing the continuation of intelligence work and coordination with the rest of the security agencies, and the continuation of preemptive operations to strike terrorist pockets.
H.E. called for diversifying the sources of armament for the security and military agencies, raising the level of training, and adopting modern technologies in military work, stressing the importance of celebrating Sovereignty Day and adopting it as one of the national days.
