Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Economic Challenge Top Repercussion Of Regional War; Necessity To Protect Employees’ Salaries, Farmers’ And Contractors’ Dues
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, met a group of sheikhs and dignitaries of the Bani Tarf tribe in the guesthouse of Sheikh Aziz Kanji Al-Tarfi, recalling with them the historic relationship between the family of Imam Al-Hakeem (may his soul be sanctified) and their tribe, and regarding tribes as an important pillar in Iraqi society. H.E. affirmed that Iraq was harmed by the war ongoing in the region and is harmed by its return, explaining that the economic challenge was the most prominent challenge, through securing the salaries of employees and the dues of farmers and contractors, to move the private sector, provide job opportunities, achieve food and social security, and complete service projects.
H.E. commended all the efforts that bore fruit in preserving stability in Iraq and safeguarding the security, political, social, and economic achievements, noting Iraq’s orientation toward working to stop the war in the region. H.E. commended holy Karbala and the reconstruction and accomplishment achieved in it, calling for supporting and empowering the governorates, and stressing the turning of challenges into opportunities. H.E. warned of agendas that try to exploit demonstrations with rightful demands, urging those with influence to deconstruct the political scene and clarify the causes of the events and their outcomes.
