Sayyid Al-Hakeem reiterates Iraqi Christians support, calls for voluntary return
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with Archimandrite Oshakan Kolkoulian, Bishop of the Armenian Orthodox community in Iraq. His Eminence commended his efforts in promoting a positive image of Iraq and encouraging expatriate Christians to return to their homeland.
H.E. reiterated his support for the Christian community in Iraq, highlighting that their contribution to Iraqi society is not defined by their numbers but by the richness they bring to the nation's diversity. They are an integral part of the Iraqi nation.
H.E. also renewed his call for the voluntary return of Christian migrants, noting that Iraq is currently enjoying unprecedented political, social, and security stability.
