    Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Extends His Condolences to the Emir of Kuwait for the Death of the Former Umma Council Head Jasem Al Khorafi

     
     
    Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, sent a cable of condolences to the emir of the brother State of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jabel Al Sabah for the death of Sheikh Jasem Al Khorafi, the former Kuwaiti Umma Council head, on Saturday, 23/5/2015.
    His eminence extended to His Highness the emir and to the deceased’s family his most sincere condolences, and affirmed that the positions of Al Khorafi expressed his love and care for his country, and that he contributed considerably to strengthening the brotherhood relationships between the governments and peoples of Iraq and Kuwait.

    Emir of the State of Kuwait
     
    May Allah’s peace, mercy and blessings be upon you
     
    We received with sorrow the news of the death of Sheikh Jasem Al Khorafi, the former Umma Council head (may Allah have mercy upon his soul), who was known for his positions that expressed his love and care for his country and who had contributed considerably to strengthening the brotherhood relationships between the governments and peoples of Iraq and Kuwait. On this occasion, we offer Your Highness, the Kuwaiti people and the deceased’s family our most sincere condolences, asking the Almighty to have mercy on the deceased and grant him Paradise.
     
    Surely we belong to Allah and to Him shall we return.
