Sayyid Al-Hakeem calls for preemptive strikes, intelligence efforts to combat drugs
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, Head of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with His Excellency Mr. Abd Al-Ameer Al-Shimmary, The Minister of Interior, and were briefed on the plans of the Ministry to handle the security file.
His Eminence affirmed the importance of modernizing strategies to handle challenges, including drugs. H.E. called for preemptive strikes, intelligence efforts, and integrated performance to confront drugs.
Moreover, H.E. called to modernize and automate institutions in direct contact with citizens and illustrated that the Ministry of Interior follows up on citizens from birth until death.
H.E. affirmed that Iraq is an important tourism destination for the countries of the region and the globe, and are now witnessing tourists' impressions of Iraq and called to mitigate hinders when granting visas, thus facilitating visas after inspection and confirmation.
