Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received on Monday, 10/8/2015, a cable of gratitude from the Egyptian president, Abdel Fattah El Sisi, for his eminence’s condolences over the martyrdom of the Egyptian prosecutor general Hisham Barakat following a terrorist incident in Cairo. El Sisi expressed his high appreciation of Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim’s positions rejecting all forms of terrorism and extremism. He explained the importance of common Arab action to eradicate terrorism and spread the values of true Islam calling for love and tolerance, wishing security and prosperity for the Iraqi people.
