“As we bid farewell to the month of mercy and goodness, we congratulate our Islamic and Arab nation and our dear Iraqi people the advent of the blessed Eid al-Fitr, May Allah Almighty bless us with abundant mercy and grace, and unite us on the truth to achieve what our people aspire for in terms of security, services, stability, legitimate rights, and a dignified, capable and competent state that guarantees a decent living for its people and equal opportunities among them and keeps away our country and the globe from the evil of the affliction and the plague.
