Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem demands more efforts from security authorities to preserve citizens’ lives
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of the National State Powers Alliance, called on the security services to do more to save the lives of citizens.
His Eminence tweeted on July 19, 2021, “While our steadfast people, like other Arab and Islamic peoples, prepare to receive the blessed Eid Al-Adha, we mourn today the fall of several innocent citizens as martyrs and many injured in a bombing of the markets of Sadr City in Baghdad. We strongly condemn this sinful attack.
H.E. called on the security authorities to make more efforts to preserve the lives of citizens and not to be complacent and lax, indicating that inaction will provide an opportunity for the sleeper terrorist cells to target citizens and commit more terrorist crimes.
