Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem recieved His Excellency Republic's President, Dr. Barham Salih & discusses political scene developments
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakeem, head of the National State Powers Alliance, recieved His Excellency President of the Republic, Dr. Barham Salih on Wednesday morning, October 19, 2021, and discussed the developments of the political scene in Iraq and the results of the recent elections, and illustrated the necessity of delineating roles amongst the political powers to avoid a political blockage in Iraq, and said that these elections were a solution to political reality that was in the midst of a crisis.
His Eminence explained that everyone is responsible when it comes to compromising in favor of Iraq's interest, and called to examine all of the appeals in accordance to the legal and peacful procedures and how imperative it is to look into it seriously, thus ensuring the transparency of the electoral process.
